How: Rittenhouse got her start as a virtual assistant doing administrative work for entrepreneurs before starting her own company.

“I transitioned into technical marketing, teaching businesses how to leverage technology to make their businesses successful,” Rittenhouse said.

Biggest lesson learned from a customer: “Making sure customer experience is the most crucial point as a business owner,” Rittenhouse said. “Especially when you are [web-based] they are solely seeing you online. You have to make sure you go above and beyond, without them asking.”
